5. READ_PHONE_STATE (android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE)
   • Purpose: This permission allows the Application to access the phone state of Your Device.
   • Usage:
     • Call Prioritization: It detects incoming or outgoing calls, enabling the Application to pause or adjust features (e.g., notifications) to prioritize Your call experience.
     • Fraud Prevention and Abuse Mitigation: It verifies the authenticity of Your Device to prevent fraudulent activities or abuse, protecting You and other users.
